Christmas Parties at School

There's nothing quite like a Christmas party at school. Both Kailen and Rylee had a good time. Rylee got to have a pajama day for her party. They got to decorate cookies and have other various sugary sweets. Here is a picture of Rylee and her cookie.

Here is another picture of her whole class.

Kailen had her party on the same day, so I had a busy day. Kailen's party had a lot more going on. They also go to decorate cookies. Here is Kailen's.

They also made these cute Santa hats.

Santa "Charlie" usually comes every year and lets each kid sit on his lap and tell them what they want for Christmas and then he gives each student a book. It was a special treat for all the kids. Rylee was able to participate, too. So here are some videos of the girls talking to Santa--very sweet!

As you can see, Big Sister Kailen has to be close by and "help" in case Rylee needed it.
The last two videos are of Kailen playing musical chairs. In the first one, she doesn't have much luck, but then she catches on and begins to add a little strategy to her game and does much better.
So, Christmas still hasn't come. I am working my way to the big day. At this point, the excitement level is pretty high and "Santa is watching" is still working! The next post will be a must see, so keep checking back!
