Remember that unpredictable Montana weather I mentioned in the last blog? Well, this was 5 days later. We got several inches on snow in the middle of October--something we usually don't see until late November. Everybody and everything was in shock. The trees went from green to brown in a matter or days. The snow was fun, but we really would've liked to see some brilliant fall colors. We had to pull out the snow boots and warm weather gear a lot earlier this year!

Here are just a couple of pictures Steve took of the mountains. We are so blessed to be able to look out our windows each day. God is the ultimate artist!
A few days after our snow, our weather turned warmer and rainy--no more snow. There was a great rainbow one afternoon and Kailen had to take a picture of it.
