Kailen and the Osprey Baseball Game

We got home from our road trip around noon on Friday and had enough time to unpack and head to Missoula for the Osprey baseball game. Kailen's t-ball coach arranged for their team to be the guest team at the home game. The Osprey are a minor league team. So, Kailen's t-ball team were introduced at the game, and then each player got to run out onto the field with an Osprey player and stand with them during the national anthem.

Here is a video of the Glenn Construction (Kailen's T-Ball Team) being introduced at the game.

Here is Kailen running out onto the field with her player. Notice that she tries to talk to him--it didn't work out too well--he didn't speak much English, but she tried!

...during the national anthem

...running off the field

Here is a picture of an osprey nest right by the baseball field-appropriate, I think. If you look closely you can see the osprey in the nest.

Kailen had a great time and really enjoyed watching the baseball game. We didn't stay for the whole game because we were still trying to recover from our trip. When we left, the Osprey were being beat pretty bad, but later when we watched the news, they had a rally and came back to win the game--too bad we didn't stay to see that!
